Privacy is structural, not optional. You will never be an exposed name in our public records. Your chosen level of service is a silent distinction that is never mentioned in your presence.
Yes, you may store any valuable material or personal item, provided it is legally permitted under current Spanish law. Chemical substances or organic materials that produce or may produce odors, are explosive, harmful, or hazardous to health are strictly prohibited. Depending on the dimensions of your belongings, we will recommend a Level 01, Level 02, or Level 03 safe deposit solution with adapted pricing.
We offer complete payment flexibility through virtually any payment method, including cash.
At Custodex, you can rent a safe deposit box from €1 per day, approximately one-third of the standard rates currently offered by traditional banks.
For non-clients, scheduling an appointment by phone or email is highly recommended. Walk-in visits cannot guarantee availability. For clients, appointments are not strictly necessary, though they are recommended to avoid waiting times and maintain maximum discretion.
Yes, at Custodex you may renew your contract whenever you choose, as we maintain sufficient capacity. We will contact you one month before your term expires to confirm whether you wish to renew.
