No. You do not need to have an associated bank account to rent a safety deposit box.
We offer flexible contracts starting from one week, with the possibility of contracting monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual periods.
Privacy is an essential part of the service. Your data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable regulations, and access to your assets is managed through internal identification and discretion protocols.
You may store valuables, documents, or personal belongings provided they are legal to trade under current Spanish law. Chemical substances, organic materials that may produce odors or deterioration, explosives, harmful substances, hazardous goods, or any item prohibited by applicable regulations are not permitted.
We offer various payment options, including electronic means and cash, always within the limits and obligations established by current regulations.
You can rent a safety deposit box from less than €1 per day. We also offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual rates depending on the level of box you choose.
For those who are not yet customers, we recommend scheduling an appointment by phone or email to ensure proper service. Existing customers can access their cash registers without an appointment, subject to the established access conditions, although we recommend notifying us in advance to avoid waiting and maintain maximum discretion.
Yes. You can renew your contract at the end of the current period, subject to availability and the service’s terms and conditions. We will contact you before the expiration date to confirm if you wish to renew.
Yes. You can access your box and retrieve your belongings in accordance with the terms of the contract and established security protocols.
Renting a safe includes a base coverage of €25,000, with the possibility of increasing it up to €250,000 depending on the policy conditions and the declared value of the assets.
Custodex combines physical security, access control, surveillance, and internal protocols to protect the assets in its custody. Every measure is designed to reduce risks and preserve the integrity of your belongings.
Yes. We offer three service levels: Standard, Reserve, and Sovereign. Each level caters to different needs in terms of space, access, coverage, and personalized service.
For security reasons, Custodex does not show sensitive areas or the operational interior of its vaults during preliminary visits. We can, however, explain how the service works, the terms of service, and the applicable general protocols.
