Permanence Protocol
Technical Conditions and Operating Framework
01 / Nature of the Entity
Custodex is not a financial institution or banking intermediary. Our activity is strictly defined as the provision of private custody infrastructure for physical and digital assets. By contracting our services, you acknowledge that Custodex acts as the technical guardian of your assets, operating under private property law and security protocols independent from the traditional banking system.
02 / Admission and Service Architecture
Access to the facilities and the allocation of a custody unit are subject to an identity verification process and internal regulatory compliance. The relationship between Custodex and the holder is governed by the contracted architecture level (Standard, Reserve, or Sovereign). Each level entails specific access rights and management capabilities, silently identified in your technical documentation.
03 / Structural Discretion
At Custodex, privacy is not optional but structural. All information relating to your identity, the nature of your assets, or the specific location of your custody unit is handled under extreme encryption protocols. Custodex commits not to disclose the existence of your contract unless legally required by a binding court order. You agree to maintain the same level of discretion regarding internal protocols.
04 / Access Protocols
Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Depending on your service architecture, it will be granted either by appointment or through uninterrupted 24/7 availability. The Custodex Key Card and biometric systems are the only valid means of access. Loss of the physical credential triggers an immediate blocking protocol and reissuance process under strict in-person verification measures.
05 / Liability and Inviolability
Custodex guarantees the inviolability of its vault infrastructure against external intrusion. However, Custodex does not supervise or audit the content deposited by the client. You are solely responsible for the legality of the stored assets. The protection of your wealth begins with compliance with facility security regulations.
06 / Permanence and Termination
This protocol is designed for permanence. Breach of conduct codes, non-payment of technical fees, or violation of security laws will result in termination of the service. In such cases, the assets will be made available to the holder under a supervised retrieval protocol, maintaining customary discretion.
